Does Plancheckr offer a trial period?

Plancheckr offers a 7-day free trial period for all registered subscribers. At the end of the 7-day trial, your credit card will be charged for the monthly subscription plan you selected at registraion and will remain active for the following 30 days.


Does Plancheckr have various subscription options?

Plancneckr offers subscription options based on the number of plans you manage. The needs for every advisor vary, so Plancheckr aims to provide each subscriber with the plan options suited for their needs.


Can I cancel my subscription?

You may cancel your subscription at any time by visiting your account settings page and selecting “Manage my subscription”. You will be presented an option to unsubscribe and will retian access to Plancheckr through the end of your latest billing period. Can we have files that are NOT shared with the clients and only we can see?

Currently most advisors are uploading only client facing/DOL needed docs and those have full visibility to the plan sponsor, but we have considered this as part of our road-map of new features. Basically our initial plan would be to provide your team with a set of private, misc folders to store your data in the same secure silo per client, but those folders would be visible by only your team based on the roles and responsibilities you set. As we update our road-map of new features we’ll keep you in the loop as to when this is coming.


Is there a discount for purchasing multiple months?

Currently, all discounts are based on volume of plans in the system.


Can I adjust folders down or delete them? In other words, if I don’t want an Education Policy Statement can I remove it; and in doing so, will it adjust the clients score/rating?

Yes, in this case you have the ability to set folders as not required, which removes them from the counts used to roll up percentage complete allowing you to customize your required tasks.


Can we brand the entire page to appear to be our brand’s created portal? Does this cost more?

Currently Plancheckr only supports white labeling at the broker dealer level with a minimum of 50 advisors. In the future we expect more white labeling capabilities to become available at no additional charge as they are part of our product road-map.


Is the software cloud based?

Yes, Plancheckr is fully cloud based and scaleable, secured by Amazon and AWS.

Credit Card Validation Code

Your CVV is the 3- of 4-digit number printed on your credit card. The number is an anti-fraud security feature used to verify that you are in possession of your card. Visa, Mastercard and Discover prints a 3-digit validation number that can be found on the signature panel on the back of the card immediately after the account number. American Express uses a 4-digit card ID number above the account number on the front of the card.
